Review

We had a deluxe newer model, MeadowFields 99. The caravan was clean and large enough for a family of 4 adults and 2 children with 3 bedrooms (a bit on the tight side) adequately accommodating us all. There was plenty of seating and a table for the kids to do their colouring in and to eat on. The telly was good with lots of channels for while we we're in the caravan. It was positioned perfectly with no through road and lots of green space for the kids to play football and frizbee.it was only a 5 minute walk to the amenities. Bad points (if being picky) :- no frying pan, no room to get dressed in the bedrooms, bathroom door didn't lock and not much storage space for the cases. The resort is by far one of the best in the Haven brand. Lots of activities, nightly entertainment with newer staff who are brilliant fun stars and always made the audience feel welcome and not a burden. A funfair and a little soft play area. Bad point:- soft play is a bit naff with no seats for parents to watch their kids, the Teddy bears of characters gave rapidly declined in their standard, the drinks and food is still overpriced. All in all it is a good park and we enjoyed our time there.
